This release introduces conditional approval routing, faster search indexing, and several fixes reported by customers. Review the Deprecations section before upgrading.

New features

• NewConditional workflow routing. Approval workflows can now branch on field values, so high-value items follow a different path from routine ones.
• NewBulk export to CSV. Export up to 50,000 records directly from any list view.

Enhancements

• ImprovedSearch indexing is up to 60% faster for workspaces with more than 100,000 documents.
• ImprovedThe audit log now records the previous and new value for every field change.

Fixed issues

• FixedNotifications were occasionally sent twice when a workflow escalated. MER-3182
• FixedDate filters ignored the user's timezone in exported reports. MER-3205

Deprecations

• DeprecatedThe v1 Reporting API is deprecated and will be removed in 5.0. Migrate to v2 (see the API Reference).
